The KDCA is happy to announce the initiation of the Kangal Dog Health and Pedigree Database. The policies and procedures for implementing the database have been approved by the KDCA Board of Directors and we are now requesting the submission of data for the project.

One key to the success of the database will be the contribution of Kangal Dog owner data. Please read the P&H Database Policy and data collection procedures and submit your data!

Please note that we can only accept data from the owner(s) of a Kangal dog, living or deceased.

There is no fee for entering dog records into the database and a confirmation basic database report is provided for free in PDF version to all contributors.

The fee schedule for data reports is provided below. NOTE: ONLY those who supply records that are included in the database will be eligible to receive reports from the database.

As this is the startup of the database, there will be limited data for reports available for the time being. Please contact the database administrator for information about what data is available.

We are also actively learning about what this effort will require and will likely modify the fee schedule once we have a better understanding of the cost and demand for producing reports.

Lastly, this is a volunteer effort and funded by our Club treasury. Financial donations to help defray the costs of the program and to contribute to the further development of the project, outreach, and distribution of its products would be greatly appreciated.

Winter 2008 Fee Schedule

Basic PDF Report Emailed to Requester

	All data contributors will receive a free PDF confirmation report if they supply an email address to receive it.
	KDCA Member – 5 free reports a year. $5 per report after that.
	Non-KDCA Member – 1 free report a year. Or $35 subscription per year with a limit of 5 reports. $10 per report after that.

Basic Report Mailed to Requester

	KDCA Member - $10 per report.
	Non-KDCA Member - $20 per report.

Customized PDF Report Emailed to Requester

	KDCA Member – 5 free reports a year. $10 per report after that.
	Non-KDCA Member – 1 free report a year. Or $50 subscription per year with a limit of 5 reports. $20 per report after that.

Customized Printed Report Mailed to Requester (Along with PDF Version Emailed)

	KDCA Member – $15 per report.
	Non-KDCA Member – $30 per report
